You are NOT pre-paying any future appointments by using our online booking system.
Your credit card information is for the reservation purpose only,
Please read carefully our 24 cancellation/rescheduling policy at the time of your booking. We reserve a right to operate according to our policy.
Rescheduling/canceling appointments with less than a 24 hour notification, or no show for scheduled appointment time, will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service. The same policy applies to gift card holders.
We are small locally owned business and all of us are committing our time to each individual appointment. Cancelled appointments are time and income lost that could be spent on someone else in need of healing.

To our valuable customer
Effective January 1st, 2023 Nori Kohana will be increasing our rates.
This is our first rate increase since we have opened our doors and it was a difficult decision that was not made easily. As our operating costs have significantly increased over time in our Enchanted Lake Clinic and our Kailua Town Academy, we need to increase our rates to keep our doors open for our valued customers and future therapists.
We will continue to be dedicated to provide you with our best service and offer our sincerest Mahalo for your understanding and continued support.
Effective December 1st, 2022 gift cards will be sold at the new rate. All gift cards sales are final, no refund or cash back will be offered during this transitions and any time in the future. Gift cards may not be used for gratuity.
Until January 1st,2024 we will honour all gift cards issued prior to this increase with no additional cost on
"60 minutes massage with licensed therapist" only, as it described on the cards.
however when you are upgrading services or any other sales, old cards will remain value at purchased price.
