Important Policy Update

At Nori Kohana Massage Therapy & Academy, we are always working to provide you with the best possible experience. As a small, locally owned business, we rely on your support and want to make sure we can continue serving you with the highest quality care.

We’ve made a few updates to our booking and cancellation policies to help keep everything running smoothly. Please take a moment to read through the details below, as we will be following these guidelines moving forward.

1. Booking Policy

When booking an appointment through our online system, you are NOT pre-paying for your service. We do not charge your credit card at the time of booking.
Your credit card information is collected solely for reservation purposes.
Please ensure you are prepared to pay in full at the time of your appointment.

2. 24-Hour Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy

We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellation, rescheduling, or changes to your appointment (including time, length, or therapist).

Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours' notice, or a no-show for your scheduled appointment, will result in a full charge of the scheduled service.as it is considered a missed opportunity for us to serve another client in need.
This policy applies equally to gift card holders and insurance customers as well.

4. Pono & Aloha

Our therapists dedicate their time to each individual appointment. Repeated violations of our policies or abuse of the system will result in a refusal of future service.

NEW ANNOUNCEMENT

Key Information About the Rate Change:

Effective Date: The new rates will apply starting January 1st, 2025. When booking online, please acknowledge that your appointment will be scheduled at the updated rate.
Gift Cards: New gift cards will be sold at the updated rates once our current stock is sold out. Due to limited inventory, only one gift card can be purchased per person. Please note that gift card sales are final—there will be no refunds or cash back, and gift cards cannot be used for gratuity.
Gift Cards Purchased Before January 1st, 2025: For those who have purchased blue-colored gift cards (prior to January 1st, 2025), we will honor them at their original value for a 60-minute massage with a licensed therapist until May 31st, 2025, with no additional charge.
After May 31st, 2025: Blue-colored gift cards will only be accepted at their original purchased value. Any difference in rates will be payable at the time of service. If you choose to upgrade services or make additional purchases, the original gift card value will still be applied.

We encourage you to redeem any gift cards before May 31st, 2025, to avoid any additional charges.
